  • 摘要:This article qualitative, shows a cutout of an action research in the area of Educational Design Inclusive on the settings of cognitive tool Forum and the impacts caused the interaction of student-student, student-tutor and student-teacher. The research was conducted in a training course for Distance Education at a public institution of education. The action research was organized with three focus groups: Group 1 - production team, Group 2 - Teachers; Group 3 - Students, among students with visual disabilities and three deaf. The results reinforce the importance of the form of mediation as a factor of success for the construction of knowledge.
