摘要:The conception of man in the organization of the 21st century is traversed by numerous interpretations such as the categories of management. This view falls short before the various contributions from Social Sciences. A closer look at human tasks shows that they can be seen as going beyond production systems or schematic and of single-cause social representations. It is necessary, then, to side with an expanded concept of interaction that would invite to acceptance of transformation of the being from the humane point of view, contact with the self, and the outside world. Concepts such as organizational culture, language, and administration deserve to be reviewed and discussed within the organizations. This is great challenge for Social Science professionals who manage to make their way into the 21st century organizations.
