摘要：Quality is the prime factor to be concerned more in the construction to satisfy the customer and betteroutput. The purpose of the project is to identify the factors affecting quality and to eliminate the problems due to lackof project management. In this study, the questionnaire survey has been conducted among the professionals inconstruction industry to know about the problems affecting quality. Quantitative analysis has been done using Student’st-test on the results of the survey and issues are ranked in order.
