摘要:Nowadays power demand is the majorproblem in the electricity market. Distributed Generation(DG) is becoming more important in the power systembecause of its high efficiency. This paper is concernedwith the Differential Evolution Algorithm for the optimalsizing of Distributed Generation. The objective isminimization of DG cost and maximization of theloadability value. The improvement of voltage profile isalso considered. IEEE-14 bus system and 34 bus RadialDistribution System are considered to test theeffectiveness of the DE for optimal sizing of DG withmaximizing the loadability and minimizing the DG cost.
