摘要:E-commerce is a fastest, cheapest and most profitable way of business in recent years which has noticed with the emergence and spread of new technologies of communication, by most countries and institutions related to business. Forecasting necessary infrastructure as well as the adoption of appropriate regulations in this area can play important role in development and growth of this type of business. Promotion and development of communication tools such as Internet has revolutionized the ratification of contracts as well. In the meantime, ratification of electronic transactions includes affairs which are constantly questioned by experts. After correct sign of the electronic contract, its discussion of dissolution method can be proposed in electronic channels. Dissolution of contracts has different methods which one of them is by one of party's will, which is called termination, and call the will authority. As the main basis of authorities realization generally had no harm and the aim is to prevent transaction parties' losses. Therefore, in electronic contracts due to certain characteristics such as non-verbal and non-visible traded, dealers is more exposure to losses which resulted of contract, authorities discussion is of particular importance. Authorities' discussion in electric contracts is from areas which as yet less investigated about it. Current research by using library and research method, has investigated authority House in electronic trading from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence. What is important is that in any case the provisions and principles of authority, traditional and electronic transactions were identical and the only way of authority emergence in electronic media is different, of course in some cases realization of some authorities is impossible in virtual environment. By conducted investigation we conclude that spiritual and intellectual relationship of dealers is important about authority house and its proving, not their presence or relatives
