摘要：Profesorul trebuie să stăpânească conţinutul şi metodica predării disciplinei pe care o predă, dar el trebuie să cunoascăşi principiile învăţământului formativ, metodologia lucrului în echipă, metodele de evaluare, modalităţile de integrare asistemului educativ în comunitatea socială. Formarea profesională iniţială trebuie să fie orientată spre formarea competenţelornecesare, astfel încât cel format să se simtă confortabil în faţa clasei, în toate situaţiile care pot apărea în cursulactivităţii sale educaţionale. Pentru o bună prestaţie profesională, cadrul didactic are nevoie să aibă încredere în sine şiîn competenţele sale profesionale, să stăpânească modalităţile de rezolvare a situaţiilor critice, tensionale sau conflictuale,astfel încât să fie capabil să gestioneze situaţiile tipice şi să poată dezvolta soluţii pentru cele atipice, să stăpâneascămetode de cunoaştere şi dezvoltare personală – toate acestea sunt esenţiale pentru activitatea unui profesor. 其他摘要：The teacher must know the content and teaching methodology that he/she teaches, but he/she must also know theprinciples of formative education, teamwork methodology, methods of evaluation (in the spirit of formative assessment),of integrating the educational system into social community etc. Initial professional training should be focused onbuilding the necessary skills, so that those who are formed feel comfortable in class in all the situations which mayappear in the course of his/her education. For a good professional benefit, the teachers need to have confidence in theirprofessional skills, to learn how to solve critical situations, or conflicts, so as to be able to handle typical situations andcan develop solutions to the atypical ones, to use methods of personal development - all these and many more areessential for the work of a teacher. The present article deals with the aims of the professional formation of the studentsof the faculties with pedagogical profile
