摘要：This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest examines the issue of investment in Russia. Halliwell considers the thorny issue of Russian investment regulation particularly in relation to the bank deposit insurance reform, whilst Wegren investigated the often overlooked area of investment trends in Russian agriculture.
