摘要:This article reviews the literature on the concept of adult learning and systems theories and provides factors influencing their persistence in schooling. The review discusses adult learning experiences and factors influencing their persistence. It is argued that though adults are self directed and basing their learning on experiences, they need institutional and environmental support to persist to graduation.
