摘要：Обсуждаются проблемы и перспективы развития государственно-частного партнерства в образовательной сфере в России. Рассмотрен кластерный подход как один из перспективных механизмов государственно-частного партнерства в образовательной сфере, обосновывается и апробируется методика оценки социально-экономического эффекта внедрения государствен- но-частного партнерства в рамках научно-образовательного кластера на примере кластера торговли, индустрии гостеприимства, сервиса и услуг Республики Татарстан.
其他摘要：The problems and prospects of development of state-private partnership in educational sphere in Russia are discussed. The cluster approach is considered as one of the perspective mechanism of the state-private partnership in educational sphere; the methods of estimation of social and economi- cal effect of introduction of state-private partnership into the scientific educational cluster are described and approved by the example of the cluster of trade, hospitality industry and services in the Republic of Tatarstan
