摘要：Цель исследований – выявление и обоснование драйверов роста регионального развития в России. На основе регрессионного анализа рассматривается влияние уровня внутреннего спроса и неравенства в доходах в регионах России на темпы их экономического роста и привлечение иностранных инвестиций. Показана ключевая роль подушевого валового ре- гионального продукта в объяснении различий регионов России по степени дифференциации доходов и в темпах экономического роста. Доказано также, что текущая инвестиционная ак- тивность иностранных инвесторов в регионах России во многом определяется уровнем и динамикой инвестиционной активности иностранных инвесторов в предшествующие пе- риоды, а также величиной подушевого валового регионального продукта в них за два года до момента анализа.
其他摘要：This paper deals with the identification and justification of the growth drivers of regional development in Russia. Based on the regression analysis the influence of the level of domestic demand and inco me inequality in the regions of Russia on the pace of their economic growth and their foreign investment attractiveness is considered. The key role of per capita gross product in explanation of the variation in the Russian regions in the degree of differentiation of income and econo mic growth is shown. It is also proved that the current investment activity of foreign investors in the Russian regions is mainly determined by the level and dynamics of investment activity of foreign investors in prior periods, as well as the value of per capita gross regional product for two years up to the analysis.
