摘要：Проводится обзор методик оценки инвестиционной привлекательности региона, обсужда- ются их преимущества и недостатки. Предлагается новая методика оценки влияния отдельных управленческих решений и мероприятий на уровень инвестиционной привлекательности региона на примере оценки влияния подготовки и проведения Универсиады 2013 года в г. Казани на инвестиционную привлекательность Республики Татарстан. В качестве иллюст- рации использования указанной методики оценивает прирост потребительского потенциала Республики Татарстан.
其他摘要：The review of approaches to assessment of the regional investment attractiveness is made; their advantages and disadvantages are discussed. The new method of estimating the impact of separate ma- nagerial solutions and events arranging on the regional investment attractiveness level is offered by the example of estimation of the impact of the 27th Summer Student Games organization in Kazan in 2013 on the investment attractiveness of the Republic of Tatarstan. The growth of consumer poten- tial in the Republic of Tatarstan is an illustration of the application of the studied approach.
