摘要：Wireless network exists democratic in all sorts of digital communications. Swarming over wireless network rendering Quality of Service (QoS) is very intriguing due to time warp of distribution channel and limited resources. The cross layer design accomplishes the information sharing between all layers in order to receive highest potential Adaptivity of network. Multimedia transmission over a wireless link has exhaustive Quality of Service (QoS) prerequisites such as minimizing jitter, bit error rate and maximized throughput. This paper focuses on the enhancement of QoS in mobile multimedia services using cross layer design approach with a proposed scheduling algorithm and a resource allocation algorithm in a wireless networks
