摘要：En este artículo se sugieren un conjunto de planteamientos, enfoques, perspectivas para acercarse como profesionales a la realidad de los chicos y chicas adolescentes. En un contexto adulto en el que predominan las lecturas en clave de problema propone analizar las crisis mutuas de otra manera, evitando recurrir por sistema a la psicopatología. Para esa lectura positiva propone un conjunto de claves a partir de la condición social, la provisionalidad, la diversidad y la necesidad de ser y descubrir. En una segunda parte, se propone analizar la secuencia enlazada de itinerarios que recorren la adolescencia, la postadolescencia y la juventud, para poder pasar de la mirada a la acción. De esa manera, se postula el acompañamiento como forma básica para el trabajo con adolescentes, avisando que no se trata del retorno moralista a los ángeles de la guarda.
其他摘要：In this article they suggest a set of expositions, approaches, perspective to approach like professionals the reality of the boys and adolescent girls. In an adult context in that they predominate the readings in problem key propose to analyze the mutual crises of another way, being avoided to resort by system to the psychopathology. For that positive reading it proposes a set of keys from the social condition, the provisional state, the diversity and the necessity to be and to discover. In one second part, one sets out to analyze the connected sequence of itineraries that cross the adolescence, the postadolescence and youth, to be able to happen of the glance to the action. Of that way, the support is postulated as it forms basic for the work with adolescents, warning that it is not the moralistic return the angels of the guard.
