摘要:The article analyzes the state of remuneration for work in Ukraine in terms of implementation of human capital. Remuneration is considered as one of the factors in realization of formed human capital of the country. Indicated on the disadvantages of institutional factors as regulating motivational mechanism of labor, and the relationship of macroeconomic indicators with remuneration for labor.
