摘要：Las ideas vertidas en este artículo, prelimina-res de una propuesta teórica más extensa, con-sisten en tratar de responder al interroganteacerca de cómo se constituye hoy el sentidoque la política tiene para los actores-ciudada-nos. Se supone un sentido político reconsti-tuido a partir de dos aspectos: por un lado lastransformaciones estructurales, sociales e ins-titucionales que emergen en las sociedades,sobre todo occidentales, desde la década delos 80 y 90 del siglo pasado, y, por otro lado,de una aceptación y apreciación de las diferen-cias intrasocietales, en términos culturales y po-líticos, que generaron una ruptura con los pa-radigmas de interpretación y construcción dela política propios del siglo XX, los cuales ten-dían a esquemas omnicomprensivos y absolu-tos de la idea y la acción política.
其他摘要：AbstractThe ideas discussed in this article, beingpreliminar of a more extensive theoricproposal, consist on trying to answer thequestion of how is constituted the meaningthat politics have for the citizen-actors. Areconstituted political sense is supposedstarting from two aspects: on one hand, thesocial and institutional structuraltransformations that emerge on (mainlyoccidental) societies, from the 80s and 90s ofthe last century, and on the other hand, of anappreciation and acceptance of the intrasocialdifferences, in cultural and political terms,that created a scism with the politicsinterpretation and construction paradigmsof the 20thcentury, which had a tendencyfor omnicomprehensive and absolutiveschemes of politic thinking and acting.
