摘要：This research presents partial results of a study carried out during the period 2003 to 2006 on a population of users of Science and Technology Spanish University Libraries. The sample analysed was formed by academics from 19 universities. The main contribution of this study is to present the “BiQual” tool to evaluate the service quality in university libraries, particularly in science and technology. This tool was created based on the users point of view. The results identify the behaviours of these users and those aspects that concern the quality of the service in this environment.
