摘要：The article considers mutual influence of ethics and visual environment of the city on the basis of descriptive models of ethical values and mechanisms of regulation. The historical aspect of the moral component of the urban environment is analyzed. Ethical collisions in the digital city are questioned. Mechanisms of ethical regulation of the visual environment of the digital city are systematized. Ways of increasing the role of social control, civic activity and digital culture of the population are suggested, to form moral responsibility for improving the quality of life of the citizens, their sustainable, prosperous future.
