标题：การคัดสรรผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า

摘要：การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทราบหลักการและแนวปฏิบัติในการคัดสรรผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า เป็นการวิจัยโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิจัยเชิงอนาคตเทคนิค EDFR ผู้ให้ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 21 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่ามัธยฐาน ค่าฐานนิยมและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์ โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัย พบว่า หลักการและแนวปฏิบัติในการคัดสรรผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานในทศวรรษหน้า ประกอบด้วย 6 ด้าน 114 แนวปฏิบัติ ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการสร้างแรงจูงใจ ประกอบด้วย 2 หลักการ 7 แนวปฏิบัติ 2) ด้านการวางแผน ประกอบด้วย 2 หลักการ 11 แนวปฏิบัติ 3) ด้านการสรรหา ประกอบด้วย 4 หลักการ โดย 3.1) แนวคิดการสรรหา มี 13 แนวปฏิบัติ 3.2) คุณสมบัติ มี 12 แนวปฏิบัติ 3.3) คุณลักษณะ มี 9 แนวปฏิบัติ 3.4) ทักษะ มี 16 แนวปฏิบัติ และ 3.5) สมรรถนะ มี 10 แนวปฏิบัติ 4) ด้าน การคัดเลือก ประกอบด้วย 4 หลักการ 20 แนวปฏิบัติ 5) ด้านการบรรจุและแต่งตั้ง ประกอบด้วย 1 หลักการ 5 แนวปฏิบัติ 6) การกำกับ ติดตาม ประเมินผล ประกอบด้วย 3 หลักการ 11 แนวปฏิบัติ.
其他摘要：The purpose of the research was to know how to select the Basic Education school administrators in the next decade. EDFR techniques are used in this research. The Providers of Information consists of 21 experts. The research instruments are semi-structured interview, forms and questionnaire. has been done by the researcher. Statistics used in data analysis are median, mode, and quartile range. (Interquartile Range) using software packages and Content Analysis. The findings of this research were as follows: The principles and the guidelines for the basic education school administrator recruitment in the next decade consist of 1) the motivation for the competitive candidate to be the basic education school administrator consists of 2 principles 7 guidelines, 2) the recruitment planning consists of 2 principles 11 guidelines, 3) the recruitment for the basic educational school in the next decade consists of 4 principles 17 guidelines, 4) the selection consists of 4 principles 20 guidelines, 5) the recruitment and appointment consists of a principle and 4 guidelines, 6) the supervision and evaluation consist of 3 principles 12 guidelines.
