摘要:The main objective of this paper is to present the barriers of knowledge sharing by employees aged 50+ (“Baby Boomers” “BB”). The article is of a theoretical-empirical nature and is based on home and foreign literature as well as the studies conducted of the authors. In the article, the authors used the results of interviews with employees over the age of 50 and with representatives of organizations employing “BB”.
