摘要：This paper addresses the question whether the premises of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY), and court judgments adjudicating the responsibility of various actors for what happened in Srebrenica, could be considered “legal monuments”, urging us to remember and show respect for the victims of the Srebrenica genocide of 1995.
