摘要：The purpose of this article was to investigate and justify the need for the introduction of logistics management in the essential oil production industry. We have identified the main problems of using logistics by economic (business) entities. Specific characteristics that must be taken into account when implementing logistic management into essential oil production were analyzed. The main logistic tasks of economic (business) entities involved in the process of essential oil production have been described. Furthermore, we offer a one-product deterministic model of inventory management that is the basis for making economically sound logistics decisions when managing resources of essential oil production.
