چکيده
هدف: هدف از اين پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط ميان طول مدت اتصال به پمپ با حالات روانی بيماران پس از عمل پيوند عروق کرونر بوده است.
روش: ‌صد نفر (24 زن و 76 مرد) از بيمارانی که در آذرماه سال 1377 در چهار بيمارستان قلب شهيد رجايی، خاتم‌الانبياء (ص)، امام خمينی (ره) و دکتر شريعتی تحت عمل پيوند عروق کرونر قرار گرفته بودند، به روش نمونه‌گيری در دسترس انتخاب و به‌کمک آزمون فهرست علايم 90 سؤالی يک هفته پس از عمل ارزيابی شدند و ارتباط آن با طول مدت اتصال به پمپ با بهره‌گيری از آزمون آماری t و تحليل واريانس يک متغيری بررسی گرديد.
يافته‌ها: اين بررسی بين مدت اتصال به پمپ و ميانگين ”شاخص شدت کلي“ (GSI) پرسش‌نامه يادشده و هم‌چنين ابعاد افسردگی، اضطراب و شکايت‌های جسمانی ارتباط معنی‌داری نشان داد.
نتيجه: طول مدت اتصال به پمپ می‌تواند بر حالت‌های روانی بيماران پس از عمل پيوند عروق کرونر مؤثر باشد.

Abstract
Objectives: The aim of this project was to appraise the relation between pomp-time and psycho-logical states after coronary artery bypass graft (CABG).
Method: 100 CABG patients (76 males, 24 females) were assessed by Symptom Check List 90-Revised (SCL-90-R) one week after the surgery. The patients were selected through convenient sampling available during December of 1998 from four heart hospitals (Shahid Rajaee, Khatamol- Anbia, Imam Khomeini, and Dr. Shariati). The relation between psychological states and duration of pomp-time were evaluated by t-test and simple analysis of variance.
Findings:There was a significant relation between the length of time connected to the pomp with both the GSI average of SCL-90-R and dimensions of depression, anxiety, and somatic complains.
Results: Pomp-time may have an impact on psychological states of patients after CABG.
