摘要：A Bíblia Hebraica possui registros dos primeiros patriarcas originais, descendentes do primeiro homem criado do pó da terra (Gn 2:7). São dez patriarcas que viveram entre a criação e o dilúvio, desde Adão até Noé. Logo após o dilúvio, surge uma nova série de dez patriarcas, de Sem a Abrahão. Curiosamente, os registros bíblicos encontram eco em muitas outras culturas antigas que preservaram, em suas tradições, registros de dez patriarcas, reis ou deuses primordiais, pioneiros em seus reinados sobre um povo específico ou sobre toda a humanidade. Ten Primordial Kings - Abstract: The Hebrew Bible records the names of the first original patriarchs, descendants of the first man created from the dust of the earth (Gen. 2: 7). They are ten patriarchs who lived from the creation to the deluge, from Adam to Noah. Soon after the flood, a new series of ten patriarchs arises, from Shem to Abraham. Interestingly, the biblical records are echoed in many other ancient cultures that have preserved, in their traditions, records of ten primordial patriarchs, kings or deities, pioneers reigning on a specific people or on the whole of humanity.
