摘要:Rapid increase in human and vehicular population along with a continuous increase in primary energy consumption in Kathmandu metropolis results in continuous increase in TSP, PM10 SO2, CO, NO2 and other air polluting dust smog and gases. Emissions from automobiles, factories and domestic heating, cooking, refuse burning in Metropolitan areas have created air pollution which has threatened the well being of the city dwellers.
