摘要：We propose through this article to reflect, a priori, about the notion of identity developed from sociological studies, following the reflections of Hall (2006), Bauman (2005), Silva (2007), and Woodward (2007), as well as the notion of subjectivity according to the studies of Foucault (1984; 1992; 1994; 1997 2007), and think about the pertinence of these concepts as complementary of the notion of subject according to the discourse perspective. We will also present a brief reflection about the notion of micro-powers in Foucault whose relevance in Discourse Analysis is due to the power which is constitutive of discourses of the enunciator. Finally, based on the concepts presented here, we will undertake a brief analysis of an article entitled The Candidate of the Poor published by Veja Magazine referring to president Lula in the context of the “big monthly allowance”. In this way, we perceive that through cuttings of the enunciations of this magazine, the enunciator(s) use(s) of several techniques as a means of diminishing their referent - president Lula.
