  • 摘要:The existence of employees is very important to the success of a company,because if the company puts its employees are not in accordance with theexpertise and skills possessed, it will result in a lack of effectiveness andefficiency. These circumstances often result in losses that could result in failurefor the short and long term. Assignment method is one appropriate method toaddress staffing issues to gain the maximum profit or minimum loss. The writeruses the method of minimizing assignment at TAWIN tailor to minimize lossesof the costs incurred by the employee. Data used in this study are primary datathat is data obtained by interviews or direct observation, while the variables usedin the form of dependent variables (recipients duties or employees) andindependent variable (task or job).. The result from this research is to use theassignment method, companies can put their employees in accordance with theskills and expertise in doing the work 216.9 minutes.
