摘要：Its development can be assessed through analysis of reports keuangnanya.Description of the company's financial performance will be one of the factorsthat hamper the movement of stock prices. The financial performance of aninternal factor that can affect stock price movements. And external factors suchas soaial, economy, political stability san. The purpose of scientific writing is toknow the relationship between financial performance at PT Mayora Indah Tbkfor the period 1999-2008 and to determine how much influence the financialperformance of the stock price. Methods of data collection undertaken by theauthor is a research library, by reading and studying books, lecture notesassociated with the object of research suggested by the authors. Moreover, I alsoconduct field research, to obtain the data needed by the authors. The dataobtained from the Capital Market Reference Center (PRPM) BEI.. And based onthe results of multiple regression analysis concluded that between profitability,EPS and PER no effect on the prices of shares in PT Mayora Indah Tbk.Whereas the t test results explained that the profitability of the t (0.404) < t table(1.833) H0 is accepted that the partial Profitability Ratios do not have asignificant impact on stock prices, while EPS is calculated t (2.739) > t table(1.833) and PER t count (2.433) > t table (1.833) is in the region of rejection ofH0 means partially Earning Per Share (EPS) and Price Earning Ratio (PER)have significant influence on stock prices.
