摘要：The use of e-learning as a medium of learning is one tool that helps teacherswork in the teaching of English language lessons for both regular students andstudents with special needs. Making e-learning English is displaying web pageswhere teachers can provide learning materials and questions, and asked thestudents answered. The subject matter and the matter were made with aninteresting animation that used to help students and students with special needsto understand the material. Making e-learning website is designed using UML(Unified Modeling Language) is made with PHP and MySQL for the database,and animation processing software and websites to create content andappearance of the site design.
