摘要:ABSTRACT :Ramayana Hotel is a three star hotel situated in Sukabumi, West Java. The hotelis established since three years ago that now has 50 rooms with a total staff of24 people. When this procedure is still used in hotels to make the data beginswith the guests who will check in and check out. Each guest will check in at thehotel can apply directly to the receptionist.
