摘要：El problema principal que plantea abordar la aplicación de políticas de empleo en la actualidad proviene de la asunción de los propios postulados neoliberales que son los que han originado la desnaturalización, la degeneración y la escasez de empleos que hoy día afecta a nuestras sociedades. Desde una concepción alternativa de las políticas de empleo, dado el complejo divorcio entre empleo y satisfacción al que se ha llegado, no hay más remedio que tratar de poner en primer término la necesidad general y a partir de ahí, involucrar los recursos en la producción de los necesario.↓Gaur egun enplegurako politikei ekiteko orduan izaten dugun arazo nagusia, gure gizartean gertatzen ari diren enpleguen desnaturalizazioa, gainbehera eta urritasuna eragin duten postulatu neoliberal berberek onartzetik dator. Enplegu politikak modu alternatiboan ulertzeko modu batetik, gaur egun enpleguaren eta satisfakzioaren artean dagoen dibortzio konplexua kontuan izanik, konponbide bakarra lehen mailan premia orokorra jartzea da eta, hortik aurrera, baliabide guztiak behar dena ekoizteko erabiltzea.
其他摘要：The basic problem resulting from the tackling of the application of employment policies nowadays comes from the assumption of the neoliberal propositions which have caused corruption, degeneration and the low number of jobs which affect our societies in these days. Looking at it from the alternative point of view of the policies for employment, due to the complicated divorce to which we have got between employment and satisfaction, there is no other solution appart from trying to put an end to the general need and to use the resources to produce what is needed from that point.
