摘要：This paper intends to present the Institute of adoption, which suffered significant changes in consequence of the Law 12.010/09 (New National Adoption Law), from the perspective of Humanist Capitalism. The adoption reveals as a way to insert a person in a substitute family when it usually does not know its or is away from its natural family, and reason for which the Humanist Capitalism is perfectly appropriate to the concept, because it is based on the principle of universal brotherhood that should be the way that govern and society should behave, as the family microsystem.
