摘要:Global health is a comprehensive entity with definable detail and dynamic complexities. The detail complexity of global health spans five levels of reality stacked sequentially from individual health, family health, community or population health, national health and global health. Knowledge processes that produce global health in an individual and hence global health are stratified. Such knowledge processes must start with comprehensive knowledge of activities that produce health in an individual. Comprehensive knowledge of an individual produces knowledge that produces healthy villages in a nation. Ultimately, comprehensive knowledge about health of nations produces global health. These strata of organization of global health are the sequential predicates of global health. Stakeholders of global health fulfill specifiable roles in each level of reality. The boundary condition between successive levels is tacit. Appreciation of the boundary condition between successive levels leads to integrity of processes that produce global health. This is the processual integrity of global health. Failure to acknowledge the sequential predicates results in a breach of processual integrity of global health, which leads to knowledge alienation. The structure of knowledge alienation resembles tragedy of the commons systems archetype in systems thinking.
