摘要:This article suggests that the roots of critical pedagogy, that of Paulo Freire but also that of contemporary authors as Henry Giroux and Peter Mc Laren, can be found in the so called critical theory of the Frankfort School –Adorno, Horhkeimer, Benhjamin, Marcuse, and Fromm. The foundation of such a perspective rests on the assumption of the centrality of the subject and the forms she or he creates to resist, emancipate and get free from current homogenizing and de-humanizing social system.
