摘要:The diagnosis of the accessibility in heritage sites is a complex task due to the different preexistences, not only historical, but constructive, normative and of use, among others and requires a great quantity of data of high accuracy.The methodologies of diagnosis traditionally used are sustained in carrying out verifications of normative aspects, not considering the singularity of the heritage and generally are little visual and intuitive.The article develops basically the next questions; first the importance of the evaluation of the accessibility in buildings and heritage sites and the need for specific tools for that, afterwards the explanation of how using the TIC and specifically clouds of points obtained through terrestrial laser scanner, besides tools SIG, it is possible to develop a specific methodology of diagnosis, question that is developed explaining the criteria of design and elaboration of the tool of evaluation of the accessibility in heritage buildings; the prototype Acc3De 1.0.
